Benjamin, thank you! This video fixed my Eufy perfectly. I did use a little gentle leverage from a butter knife to pop the black and white wheel off as it was a little tougher to pop off than the video. There was a compacted ball of fluff/fur under the wheel blocking the sensor. Once I cleared it out, I popped the wheel back in and it works perfectly.

Hi, I recently purchased Eufy G30 Hybrid and facing the Spin issue only while mopping. After hitting the object in the path it start rotating around it and once the moping pad is removed it again starts working fine.
Please suggest, how to fix the same?
