Eufy Smart Switch Connection trouble

I have installed my new Eufy Smart Switch, but it will not connect to my wifi. The front shows a solid white light (instead of the blue and amber flashing ones that are supposed to be there). Any suggestions on what I can do?

You need to be relatively close to the switch during setup.

Hold down the reset button to get it to flash blue and Amber.
