I’m experiencing a technical issue with my new robovac. It is constantly (every couple minutes) turning red and then going much slower… I’m not talking about the beep beep beep where it stops, but simply when the light turns red and it slows down. In the manual, it says that that would be a problem. This question (obviously) is aimed at Anker/Eufy admins. or other owners of the vacuum. I’d really appreciate the help! Otherwise, this vacuum seems great! Very quiet and powerful suction! Just wish it was a little more reliable and consistent in terms of problems… Also, in the edge mode, sometimes it goes past the corners, which is typically where most of the dust collects…
