Eufy Home Base 2 constant red light

Just purchased a eufy wireless video door bell with Home Base 2 but am having issues setting it up. Have followed all the instructions and continue to get a solid red light on the Home Base 2. Nothing I try works - does anyone have any suggestions before I take this thing back to where I purchased it… Thanks in advance

@srb1 Might be worth giving the steps posted by @Tank here try while you await a response from support;

Normally the solid red light is due to no Internet connection and/or restricted connection to the Internet.
