Eufy Home app login

How do you login to the app? It asks for a password but I don’t have one since I registered using Google.

Then when I try to register, it says the account already exists.

I don’t have a password for this forum. I used the Sign In With Google option which does not use a password. Now I’m stuck. I can’t (re)create the account with a password because it says it already exists.
