Eufy Genie -- Amazon Music Streaming Issue

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone else has had issues with Amazon Music via the Genie. Commands/speaking work perfect but streaming keeps cutting in and out. The two alexas that I have about 15ft feet away from the Genies work great. It is not my network being that the only two devices that have this issue are the genies.

I have the same problem. I’m not sure what the issue is. If you find out let us know.

Same issue. I do not have this issue when only using one Genie on my network; using multiples seems to cause the cut out you described. Again, not a networking issue (dots work fine).

Maybe someone from Eufy can assist? Literally use them for 90% music and an alarm(kids).

I run spotify through mine and haven’t had an issue. I wonder if its just an Amazon issue.

Someone mentioned it only happens when two or more are on the account, and this I have found to be true too. I have 2 genies and when both are connected I get stuttering, but once I remove 1 it plays fine.
