It appears the eufy Security and by extension eufy cam is limited to sharing with only 3 other accounts. Combine this with the fact that an account can only be logged in on 1 device at a time it’s a rather frustrating limitation. I have a few wall mounted tablets as well as multiple other people living in my home all of which we want to have access to the Cameras. Will this limit be removed or expanded? Will the web interface be limited to 1 login session at a time? Really frustrating to be limited to 4 total devices to access my cameras.

There have been a lot of problems regarding this product and especially the launch. The best thing would probably to send an email to support@eufylife.com.
