Just installed an eufy doorbell and was pretty excited about the video quality during day light but night vision looks terrible. I am not sure if this is a defective unit, but it just does seem right.
One picture,where nothing can be seen is with night mode on and the other, with objects visible is night mode off.
Has anyone experienced the same?

On an infrared emitting camera if it’s too close to its surroundings (what looks like a wall in your case to the left of the picture) it illuminates that and it blows out the picture, like over exposing a normal photograph.
So what you’re seeing is normal for night vision and to resolve it you’ll need to angle the doorbell to the right to minimise the amount of wall in shot on the left.
