Trying to get started setting up my battery doorbell system and having trouble with the chime. When I get to the aero of the chime it says “Successfully Connected to WiFi”. It spins and spins for about a min then the phone shows connection failure. I’m trying to connect via my XFi router from xfinity so I’m wondering if there is a security measure I’m missing or what. Any thoughts or ideas is appreciated.
