Eufy App buggy/laggy

I’ve been trying out the Eufy Floodlight today and turning on and off the floodlights just to test the camera quality.

I’ve gotten “failed to turn on floodlights” error when I manually try to turn it on.

When I’ve moved the length of time that the recording should be for, I get an “error -103”.

Try erasing the data/cache. If that doesn’t work, use an older version of the app. If all that fails, contact support and let them know

Try to restart the floodlight cam, then test it. most times that should fix any typical issues.
If not, re-sync the cams to the app hopefully that should do the trick

Try holding the sync button down while powering up the light. When the red comes on, goes out than back on, the light has been factory reset.
