eufy 2c sharing problem

Hello to alla users,nice to meet you, i have a problem with Eufy 2C camera system. I’ve shared my camera to another account of my family, i send the request of invitation… On account mail, i can see the invitation, but when i log-in into accounts on app… I can’t see the request, i’ve also refresh app page. But it doesn’t work, all smartphone are Android

For sharing of the app, each user must create their own account for the app. Otherwise each user will log in and prevent the other from viewing the cameras. So send the invite to their email, click on it and create an account and log in. Once you do this you should be able to see each user access and which device they can see
Go to settings> family and guest> shared user> device management

I have already done but notification in the app doesn’t attive only in mail box

Same issue, but I am only unable to share with Android devices. This is very disappointing.
