Eufy 15c not connecting

I recently got a Eufy 15C but I cant seem to connect it. I followed the instructions and get as far as the connecting page but it fails. I tried all of the tips and I contacted customer support (they were very nice and responsive). They told me to connect it with hotspots and that actually worked so they know it was nothing wrong with my eufy. They then said I could use the remote control or return it. I would like to use it as it was intended with the app. Is something wrong with my wifi? Do I need to contact my provider or get a new router? How can I get it to work?

First to know : Is your WIFI 2,4 GHz?
But I am sure the support have already asked you about.

Yes, we have both 5 and 2.4 and we were using only the 2.4.

Does the router show what devices are connected to?

No it doesn’t, not that I am aware of. It is an Arris modem/router.

It could be your network security settings, too strong will prevent connection. Try to set your network security to WPA and not WPA 2

Did this resolve your problem? I am having same problem with my new Eufy 30c. I also have an Arris modem/router.

Try resetting your WiFi/router settings
