Eufy 11 failing POST, or seems that way

I’ve got a Eufy 11 that, when I put it on the base, will show a happy blue light for a few seconds, then go solid amber and beep four times.

All the troubleshooting stuff says it’s a brush motor failure, but it seems to spin freely. Anything else worth checking?

Try a reset by removing the battery and insert it again after a minute.
