My Eufy 11 is acting weird when it’s charging on charging dock started yesterday.
After put on charging dock, it will start doing 4 beeps with red and then turn blue, and after 5 seconds it repeat 4 beeps again. It will repeat 5 times (total of 5 times), then it will stop beeping but the light will be solid red forever.
We try to release all battery and recharge, didn’t seems to do the trick.
Any idea on how I can fix it?

Could you please try charging the Robovac directly with the AC adapter for 5+ hours for a retry? If the issue persists, could you please contact us via our"support@eufylife.com"? We will help you replace or return it once we confirmed the issue and your order detail.

doesn´t matter if charged at dock or directly. this crappy machine is broken. I know it cause I have the exactly same error. Of course after gurantee ran out.
