As I remember the buddy made photos.
One of this nylon gear wheels had a broken dent.
He detected the issue because there was a certain “noise”.
Could be your problem as well.

Robovac 11 sweeping brush

I have had "Sweep" for 18 months now - he has been wonderful. but the last two days he started making a nasty ratchetting noise, then complaining after about 1 min that the sweeping brush was jammed. On investigation I found that the front bearing on the sweeping brush electric motor is no longer supporting the shaft and is wobbling around. The motor does not have a part number and when I contacted Anker UK they did not seem hopeful for a spare. Does any one know where I may be able to buy…

I think after opening the case we have more information.

Eufy robovac 11 brush motor gear failure

Hello, My robovac 11 is not even two years old and the teeth on the brush motor middle gear have broken off (see picture), so the brush does not spin and is very noisy. Eufy support told me there is no repair in Canada, but offered me $30 towards buying a new vacuum (yeah right). Rather than throw out a $300 vacuum that needs a 10 cent part, I was hoping to get some help here. Does anyone know where I can get this part? It is just the gear I need.
