Dead port on Six place charger

I have an older Anker six place charger SN: 62EJR5 that one of the middle ports is dead. This happened before and support (when we had it) suggested powering off /on. That worked but now the port is dead. Any ideas on resurrection or do I need to purchase another charger?

I’d recommend just purchasing another unit

Try reaching out to Anker Support support@anker.com and check what is their response. Also, may be a time to upgrade it, if Support says there is no other option.

Also, till the time support replies back, please try not using the charger / avoid using it. May be bigger issues with it… better safe than sorry!

Try leaving it unplugged for 10 to 15 minutes. This will reset the breaker if it was tripped. Some really old models did not have a breaker (only a fuse) and unfortunately cannot be reset.

yeah your best bet is just to replace it. I’m sure that port lived fulfilling life
