My new straight of the box Anker 2.4 Wireless Mouse does not work. I’ve tried multiple batteries straight out of new packages. I’ve had another person verify that I have the + and the - correct. I’ve put the tiny device into two different USB ports. My Anker Mouse does not have a red button that would light up. It is Part No. TM137G. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this just a dead in the water mouse?

Do you have another pc you could try it on? Do other things work if you plug something else into those USB ports?
If it none of that works, or if you don’t have another pc to try it on send support@anker.com an email along with the serial number and they can replace/advise on it.
Sounds like it may be dead though

If you haven’t done so yet ask customer service. They are great at resolving issues.
Have you gone into the settings and add hardware?Sometimes computers depending on which OS you have a difficult time finding USB devices.
Also does the mouse get power when you turn it on?
