Love heading to New York during the holidays. My wife and I try to make it there at least once a year (as we are from Michigan) and I always suggest early December for this reason.

May be its good to have some “bad guys” here.
Though we are not really bad, we are a little more realistic.
Nikon D3300 with two lenses: 18-140mm and 50mm. I usually pack a Gorillapod SLR+zoom with a bullhead, but when I know I’ll need extra stability, like the photos I posted, I trust my Manfrotto tripod and a generic IR remote.
Lol.
I used either a Nikon D750 or Nikon D850 SLR, 24-70mm f/2.8 lens and on a tripod for these shots
