I brought a chinese nebula and would love to know how to change the language to english, there seems to be no way to do it in the settings app, I was able to work out how to get the nebula into recovery mode, does anyone how the english ISO or apk?

I’ve just purchase nebula capsule in China.
In the manual, it is saying that I can change the language in the setting.
Thing is there is no such thing in the setting.
I really want you to help me going through this, especially it is written down on the manual!!
