The country listed in my profile is wrong. How can I change it?

Email anker over that one, a lot of the profile info is locked for their update only.

in my case, my birthday is wrong, several times I tried to change it but updating the page does not save the changes made
I emailed Support and got an email they will fix it and notify me while done.
I don’t care much about my profile besides the fact that country that’s now in my residence has no PowerDraws, and the USA has many…

My birthday and gender are blank. I can’t even find the option to edit them. So you seem to be a step ahead of me.
