My Nebula Capsule won’t boot up. If I plug it in to the power outlet and press the power button, it displays the Nebula logo for a few seconds and then shuts down and this continues in an endless loop until I unplug it.
If I try to power it up without power, it does the same but doesn’t go into the endless loop.
Any ideas?

support@seenebula. com. Or call them Phone. 1- 800-988-7973. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (PT). Let them know what’s going in and they will be best able to assist you. They will ask for your serial number and possibly the order number so have those handy if you call or email
