Can Astro E1 6700 safely charge Apple Watch and AirPods?

I just bought an Astro E1 6700 to have for my iPhone and iPad, but was wondering if it would also be safe to use to charge my Apple Watch S3 and Apple AirPods?

Yes, you can. I have the original Apple Watch and the AirPods. Charges fine.

I’ve used a selection of PowerCore’s to charge my Apple Watch over the last 2 years so you most definitely can.
