Button power doesn't work

Hello anker, My name is Victor Fajardo, i have an anker product (A3102011 Anker SoundCore), and i have a little problem, 2 days ago my Speaker, stopped working without any reason, i press the power button but this doesn’t work, there’s a solution?
i’m waiting for an answer, thanks

Hi @VPLAYS , sorry to here your having issues with your speaker. I take it the speaker has been fully charged?
