I have started seeing a Beta testing banner from today afternoon, is anything changed? Why all of a sudden is this showing up, anyone else seeing this?

Seem to recall someone mentioning this a month or so ago (can’t find the screenshot), think its just a default message of the community that pops up occasionally when upgrades have happened.

I believe this banner was meant to go out when the community forum first came out of beta, circa late 2016. 
Can’t believe it has been that long!
