I’ve seen a few posts on reddit about this issue in the last few weeks and many still seem to have this issue. Anybody hear anything new about this? I called eufy support and they claim this issue should have been fixed 6 months ago (clearly not since I’ve seen a few threads pop up in the last month). Support was great as he’s going to send me a brand new replacement to test, but I’m going to assume this won’t fix anything since it’s most likely not a hardware issue.
Has anybody contacted eufy lately about this and got a different answer? I’m assuming this has to be firmware related. All my eufy pro 2k cams work just fine with the live feed.
