Hey guys/girls I’m having trouble with my ipx7 when I turn it on it is blue for about 1 second and then it turns red for about 3 seconds and turns off if tryed charging it and stuff no help please help me on this

Hi @Deox_Zach , it sounds like the battery is low or has a fault from what you have mentioned. Have you tried charging the SoundCore with a different cable and wall charger? If you have already done these basic troubleshooting steps I would suggest you reach out to support@anker.com with your purchase date and serial so they can assist your further and replace if you are still within your 18 month warranty.

Thought just to point out IPX7 is a waterproof standard, not the model name
