I generally post mine to personal site, to review site some asked me to do a review on their site. I also review on Amazon and other sites that offer products. I normally do a summarized version of the review on the product pages a week after the original one was posted to my site.

Being an eggxpert reviewer for Newegg I typically post certain reviews there, same for Amazon and all the other companies I beta test for. My reviews and thoughts get posted to each individual site or forum for them.
