Anker eSata dock keeps switching off. Is this normal?

Anker eSata dock 6618 keeps switching off by itself. Is this normal?

Have you tested the dock with any other computers?

Hi @tms , as far as I’m aware the dock should remain on until powered off. Have you tried the following to narrow down the cause;

  • different mains lead / socket
  • alternate connection cable i.e. USB 3 etc

Failing any of these fail to resolve you would be best reaching out to support@anker.com with your device serial number and purchase date for further assistance or replacement if you are in your warranty period.
