I believe it is a new program by Anker. The full detail have not been released. The program is coming soon.

In a previous version of the forums, “Anker Bucks” were used as a sort of reward program for helping other community members and customers. Anker has not yet defined how Anker Bucks will work in this new forum system. However, you can continue to earn them in the meantime with quality and helpful participation!

Yes, they offered discount coupons for Anker products. However, there is no official word yet on how the new Bucks program will work.
