Anker Bluetooth Ultra-Slim Keyboard constantly disconnects

Has anyone else had this issue? I do have an older Android tablet I am attempting to use it with. I’m not sure if its an actual issue with the keyboard or the the older version of Bluetooth.

I don’t have the Anker Bluetooth keyboard specifically, but my generic one disconnects frequently when the batteries are low. If that doesn’t help, feel free to reach out to support@anker.com for additional help. Please be sure to include the specific Android tablet you’re attempting to use with it.

@Nathan_Loveless You may try to delete the pairing record from your device and reconnect the Bluetooth of the keyboard or test it with another device to see how it works. If the problem still persists, please contact us via support@anker.com with the order number, we are glad to provide replacement or refund according to our 18-month warranty. Thanks.
