Anker 7721 with IOS 10

Does the Anker 7721 work with IOS 10? I am asking this because my Anker 7721 keyboard’s right, down, and Caps lock keys are not functioning

@jguo2 I’d recommend you contact Anker Support directly at support@anker.com for the quickest response.

From my use of Anker BT keyboards, they do work with iOS, however like many keyboards they will have some issues due to differences in how a typical Windows PC vs. Mac/iOS code certain command keys.

Caps Lock typically would be a key that should work across the board, however, so perhaps your unit is defective. If so, Anker Support is your best resource for assistance and/or replacement.

Mine is doing the same thing. other keys also don’t work…but it is sporadic.
