Anker 2.4G Wireless Vertical Ergonomic Optical Mouse-glitchy/stuttering

My wireless mouse has recently started glitching/stuttering. I’m able to control it and then seem to lose connection for a split second or several seconds and then the connection comes back. I’ve searched the form and found these suggestions:

*change the batteries
*put the dongle in a USB port on the computer proper (not on a hub).

I have tried both of these and am still having the same problems. I’ve also tried clearing dust away from the sensor. Any ideas?

There may be some electrical devices that may be interrupting the signal.
One example is a router. I have one that has 2.4 and 5 g and I have different devices spread across them.

If using a touchpad, you may want to clean that off.

You may want to try to update drivers.

Anker wireless vertical mouse has major issues with glitching, stuttering, etc. Tried moving mouse dongle, not having it in a hub, have premium AAA batteries in the mouse. Anker needs to come out with an improved model of this mouse that uses a different frequency or better resistance to interference.

Have you tried to connect the mouse to another item (Laptop, computer)?
