3-Port USB 3.0 and Ethernet Hub where Ethernet has stopped working

Hi All,
Been a very happy user of this product until today when I noticed that the Ethernet part no longer works at all.I’ve updated to the latest drivers, but to no avail. USB still works fine.

Any tips on resolving this?

Have you tried a different Ethernet cable? Contact Anker at support@anker.com for help. They are pretty quick on their reply. :slight_smile:

As @Nhi mentioned, please reach out to support@anker.com with your order number and they will be happy to help.
In the meantime, would you please try using it with a different ethernet cable to rule out a faulty cable?
